Prospecting
Our Strategy Drip List is our automated prospecting volume control. For
each sales representative, you determine how many accounts each day to assign
to a Strategy that contacts the account at preset intervals from the Marketing
Library. This gauge determines the volume of accounts contacted and the
follow-up calls scheduled for each sales representative.
It can easily be adjusted to increase or decrease the number of accounts you are
in touch with based upon marketing budget and workload constraints. If
you need more leads, increase it. If your marketing budget is tight,
decrease it. If your sales reps don't have time to make phone calls, use
the Direct Mail Strategy as a background Direct Marketing system without sales
rep involvement.
Each custom message generated is a formatted business letter with logo and
scanned signatures incorporated. E-mail messages are formatted per
standard e-mail protocol with a subject header, "reply to" link at the bottom
of the e-mail, and link to visit your Web site. All Messages are under
one page and designed to get attention and create interest, overview your
company, and highlight your unique advantages and strengths, with a call to
action to phone you, take advantage of a special offer, or visit your Web site.
